The Huntingdon Fillies volleyball team capped an undefeated 14-0 district season with another dominant performance Thursday in Huntingdon, defeating Madison Academic in three sets to capture the district tournament title.
The Fillies claimed the first set 25-21, took the second 25-15, and closed out the match 25-20 to secure the championship and advance to region play this week.
The district recognized Brooke Canovan as Coach of the Year following the Fillies’ title run. Taylor Canovan earned District MVP honors for the regular season. Sunny Carter earned District Tournament MVP.
