Hollow Rock-Bruceton Central Tigers battled hard Friday, October 10, but struggled to slow McKenzie’s offense, falling 49-6 in their region game.

Rebel Quarterback Cole Brown completed 19 of 23 passes for 316 yards and scored three touchdowns.
Sophomore Jayden Callis tallied 121 rushing yards and 21 receiving yards. In total, the Rebels gained 474 total offensive yards while holding Central to 210.
For the Tigers, Braxton Howard connected on a 64-yard touchdown pass to Carter Lowe.

Korbin Brown led the Tigers’ rushing attack with 53 yards on six carries. Daegan Collins added 32 rushing yards of his own.
The Rebels spread the ball among several receivers. Avery Brown caught four passes for 92 yards. Kason Brown added a 32-yard touchdown grab. Jacobi Melton caught seven passes for 47 yards total, as well as a touchdown.
The region win puts McKenzie at 7-1 for the season, and 3-0 in regional play.
The Tigers sit at 5-3 for the season, and 0-3 in the region.

On Friday, October 24, The Tigers will be at home against McEwen in another regional matchup.
The Rebels will play a regional game against Wayne County in McKenzie on Friday, October 24.
