According to the Sheriff’s Office, 28-year-old Christian Pishchanetskiy of Buena Vista was operating the vehicle at the time of the incident. Deputies arrested him on a charge of driving under the influence.

Pishchanetskiy was booked into the Carroll County Jail and held on a $10,000 bond. He has since posted bail and is scheduled to appear in Carroll County General Sessions Court on December 17.

No injuries were reported to either Pishanetskiy or any of the volunteer firefighters during the incident.
