Carroll County General Sessions Court – February 4, 2026

The Carroll County General Sessions Court convened on Wednesday, February 4, in Huntingdon. Cases involved probation violations, drug-related offenses, traffic violations, and more.

The following cases resulted in pleas of guilty:

Derek S Baker of Trezevant entered a guilty plea to probation violation. He was assessed a $0 fine and sentenced on November 29, 2026.

Christian Cantrell of Murfreesboro entered a guilty plea to probation violation. He was assessed a $0 fine, placed on supervised probation for 8 months or until all conditions are met, and ordered to report to jail on February 27, 2026 at 9 PM to serve consecutive weekends or as work schedule allows.

Cody Edward Noah of Huntingdon entered a guilty plea to probation violation. He was placed on supervised probation for 3 months.

Carla Wagner of McKenzie entered a guilty plea to probation violation. She was assessed a $0 fine and sentenced to 30 days, placed on supervised probation for the balance per cases 25CR137 and 25CR905, with the sentence to be served consecutive to case 26CR32.

The following case was bound over to the Carroll County Grand Jury:

Adam Richard Seavers of Lavinia was bound over on charges of possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia and methamphetamine manufacturing, delivery, sale, or possession with intent.

The following cases were dismissed:

All charges against Madison Elizabeth Johnson of Camden were dismissed, including driving while license suspended, light law motor vehicle violation, financial responsibility law violation, and improper use of vehicle registration.

A probation violation charge against John Self of Trezevant was dismissed.
