HUNTINGDON, Tenn. — The Carroll County Grand Jury handed down a series of indictments on Monday, September 14.
The following cases were filed in Carroll County Circuit Court:
Rachel Sawyers was indicted on one count of theft of property and one count of fraudulent use of a debit card, both Class E felonies. Prosecutors allege that between October 2024 and September 2025, Sawyers took more than $1,000 but less than $2,500 in cash from the Clarksburg School Parent Teacher Organization and used the PTO’s debit card without authorization.
Anna Lauren Carrington, identified as the Town of Hollow Rock city clerk, faces four felony counts: theft of services, official misconduct, tampering with governmental records, and computer crimes. The indictment alleges that between December 2023 and September 2025, Carrington obtained more than $1,000 in water utility services without paying, failed to apply penalties to her personal water account, and removed her name from water cutoff lists.
Eric Junior Parker was indicted on aggravated assault, attempted tampering with evidence, and resisting arrest after an incident on June 26, 2026, in which he allegedly assaulted Shemile Adams with a knife and attempted to conceal the weapon during arrest by Deputy Dustin McClure.
Penny Parker Burke was charged with possession of methamphetamine with intent to manufacture, deliver or sell, a Class B felony, stemming from a May 8, 2025 incident.
Kyle Kimberlyn Fields was indicted on resisting arrest and public intoxication following a May 21, 2026 encounter with Huntingdon Police.
Jessica Nicole Turner faces a theft of property charge for allegedly taking between $2,500 and $10,000 in cash from Dreama Dolan on or about October 17, 2025.
Dale William Foga was indicted on four counts including possession of alprazolam with intent to sell, unlawful drug paraphernalia, possession of a firearm during a dangerous felony, and possession of marijuana with intent to sell, tied to an August 31, 2025 incident involving a 12-gauge Mossberg shotgun.
Casi Sue Garrett and Casey Robert Hardy were separately indicted on methamphetamine possession with intent to manufacture, deliver or sell.
Devin Sawyers faces aggravated burglary and theft of property charges related to entering Joyce Banks’ home and taking a firearm between November 2025 and February 2026.
Corey Jermain Hart was indicted on aggravated burglary and aggravated assault after allegedly entering Logan Dodd’s Hilliard Road home and assaulting him with a knife on October 5, 2025.
Thomas Kevin Schultz faces seven counts including driving on expired plates, driving while license suspended, financial responsibility violations, methamphetamine possession, and additional drug and paraphernalia charges from a May 28, 2026 traffic stop.
Billie Earl Shelton Jr. and Gerardo Villanueva Zuniga were each indicted on one count of rape.
Michael Adam Lowell Watne faces charges of retaliation for past action and assault involving a witness.
Tyler Kane Wright was indicted on four counts, including methamphetamine possession, unlawful weapon possession as a felon, and possession of a firearm during a dangerous felony, with prior aggravated assault and kidnapping convictions listed from 2018.
Prudencio Becerra Lopez faces four felony counts including sale of a controlled substance and two counts of possessing firearms during commission of a dangerous felony.
All defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
