Healthcare options are expanding in Carroll County.

Baptist Memorial Hospital-Carroll County has announced the opening of Baptist Interventional Pain Management on Tuesday, August 12.

The clinic is located at 631 R.B. Wilson Drive, Suite 2.

Andrew Rice, DNP, CRNA, ACNP-BC, will oversee the new Baptist Interventional Pain Management Clinic in Huntingdon.

Andrew Rice, DNP, CRNA, ACNP-BC, will oversee the clinic. He is a fellowship-trained provider specializing in advanced pain management techniques.

Clinic hours will be Tuesdays from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Appointments require a referral and can be scheduled by calling 731-868-8900 or faxing referrals to 731-868-8298.

The new practice will treat a variety of chronic and acute pain conditions, including back and neck pain, joint pain and arthritis, neuropathy, migraines and headaches, muscle pain, Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS), and chronic pain resulting from injury or surgery.

Baptist officials say the clinic will focus on interventional procedures aimed at reducing pain, restoring function, and improving quality of life. These treatments provide alternatives to long-term medication use and can be tailored to meet each patient’s needs.
