    Now let me make sure that I understand the new tax rate rise, they are going to charge folks that actually pay their taxes more to cover the people that don’t pay???? How in the world is that fair??? Why don’t they just take the property away from the folks that don’t pay like they always have? Personally, I think the entire property tax thing is just about as Un-American as all get out because you never actually own your property outright.
