The Carroll County Chamber of Commerce will host its 42nd Annual Membership Banquet on Monday, October, 27, 2025, at the Carroll County Civic Center. The evening begins at 6:15 with the silent auction, followed by the banquet at 6:30.

“The Chamber Banquet has an important tradition of celebrating exceptional accomplishment, dedication and excellence across various fields,” said Chamber President Brad Hurley. “It provides an opportunity to acknowledge individuals and businesses who have demonstrated outstanding performance, innovation, or leadership.”

The Chamber will recognize General Tommy Baker as the 2025 Carroll Countian of the Year and Dan Bradfield as 2025 Business Person of the Year.

Bennett Farms will be honored as the 2025 Agri-Business/Farmer of the Year, and Walmart has been selected as the 2025 Carroll County Business of the Year. Colonel James Harding will receive the Distinguished Career & Leadership Award; Chris Nelson will receive Special Recognition for the NAIA National Coach of the Year Award.

“Beginning in 1986, with selection of Dale Kelley as Carroll Countian of the Year and Gary Simmons as Business Person of the Year, the list of previous honorees is a true list of prominent residents of this county,” said Brad Hurley. “Together, we build a stronger, more compassionate county by recognizing the people who make a difference each day.”

Tickets for the banquet are $25 and are available from Chamber Board members or by contacting the Chamber office at 986-4664.
