Carroll County General Sessions Court – Sept. 10, 2025

The following cases were heard in Carroll County General Sessions Court on Wednesday, September 10, 2025:

Brittany Nicole Arrand, of Huntingdon, had a probation violation charge dismissed.

Corri Arnell Fuller, of Yuma, faced multiple charges, including possession of drug paraphernalia, Schedule II and IV drug offenses, cocaine possession, and unlawful possession of a weapon. All charges were dismissed.

Ladislav Hanus, of McKenzie, saw a driving while license suspended charge dismissed.

Chance H. Johnson, of Paris, had several charges dismissed, including Schedule IV drug possession, contraband in a penal facility, and falsifying a drug test. Other charges were bound over to the grand jury, including lane violations, simple possession, aggravated child abuse/neglect of a child under 8, and driving while license suspended.

Jerry Kyle Jr., of Camden, pleaded guilty to public intoxication, receiving a $10 fine. He also pleaded guilty to violating an order of protection, receiving a $100 fine, 11 months and 29 days of supervised probation, and was ordered to wear a GPS monitoring device at his own expense.

Tyriana Lewis, of Martin, pleaded guilty to a probation violation. Her probation was extended by five months, with the possibility of day-for-day credit upon successful completion of inpatient rehab.

John D. McDaniel, of Union City, pleaded guilty to a lesser charge of DUI, first offense. He was fined $350, sentenced to 11 months and 29 days of supervised probation until conditions are complete, prohibited from driving for one year, and ordered to attend DUI school.

Chris Michael Moses Jr., of McKenzie, had a driving while license suspended charge dismissed.

Justin R. Page, of Dover, pleaded guilty to a probation violation. He received credit for 297 days previously served while incarcerated in Stewart County.

Chasidy S. Robinson, of Huntingdon, pleaded guilty to lesser charges in two separate cases. She received fines and supervised probation for driving while license canceled and revoked (second or subsequent offenses). Conditions included obtaining a valid Tennessee license. Charges for light law, financial responsibility, and handheld phone use while driving were dismissed.

Sierra Sauls, of Hollow Rock, had a failure to appear charge dismissed.

Sherif Terrell Smith, of Huntsville, Alabama, had a charge of leaving the scene of an accident dismissed after insurance coverage addressed damages.

Romulus D. Taylor, of Huntingdon, pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended, receiving a $100 fine and six months supervised probation. Related charges for financial responsibility and seat belt violations were dismissed.

Rodger Allen Webb, of McKenzie, had charges of driving while license suspended, financial responsibility, and improper vehicle registration dismissed.

Brandie White, of Humboldt, saw two cases bound over to the grand jury on charges of financial exploitation of an elderly or vulnerable person and aggravated neglect of an elderly or vulnerable adult resulting in serious bodily injury.
