Carroll County General Sessions Court December 10, 2025

Several cases were heard during Carroll County General Sessions Court on Wednesday, December 10.

The following cases were bound over to the Carroll County Grand Jury:

Caleb Riddle of Cedar Grove was bound over on a charge of methamphetamine possession or casual exchange.

Demarcus M. Robinson of McKenzie was bound over on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of Schedule IV drugs.

The following cases resulted in a plea or finding of guilty:

Luis Martinez Bautista of Springfield entered a guilty plea to DUI, first offense. He was ordered to pay fines and costs, serve jail time beginning December 19, 2025, and will not be permitted to drive in Tennessee for one year.

Mark Carey of Huntingdon entered a guilty plea on a probation violation and was sentenced to 10 days, with probation extended three months.

Charlie A. Davis Jr. of Trezevant entered a guilty plea to methamphetamine possession or casual exchange. He was fined, placed on supervised probation, ordered to complete cognitive behavioral training, and undergo an alcohol and drug evaluation.

Michael R. Hampton of Huntingdon entered a guilty plea to failure to exercise due care and was fined and placed on unsupervised probation.

Chad Maceri of Huntingdon entered a guilty plea to possession of Schedule IV drugs and was fined and placed on supervised probation.

Juan Santillan Manuel Martinez of Huntingdon entered a guilty plea to possession of drug paraphernalia and was fined and placed on probation.

Donnie Skaggs of Berea, Kentucky, entered a guilty plea to simple possession or casual exchange and was fined and placed on probation.

The following cases were dismissed:

Charges against Luis Martinez Bautista for driving without a license, violation of the financial responsibility law, and failure to file a written accident report were dismissed.

Charges against Michael R. Hampton for driving while license revoked, violation of the financial responsibility law, and leaving the scene of an accident involving property damage were dismissed.

Charges against Chad Maceri for possession of drug paraphernalia and simple possession were dismissed.

A charge of casual exchange involving Schedule VI drugs against Juan Santillan Manuel Martinez was dismissed.

A disorderly conduct charge against Dallas Painter of Huntingdon was dismissed after the warrant failed to meet procedural requirements.

A failure to appear charge against Donnie Skaggs was dismissed in a separate case.

A failure to appear charge against Nicole Lynn Will of McKenzie was dismissed.
