Earlier in the year the Huntingdon School Board voted to name the playing surface at Paul Ward Stadium after the winningest coach in the history of the school, Eric Swenson.
The dedication became official prior to the game between McKenzie and Huntingdon with Eric’s family on hand to help celebrate the moment. Swenson finished the 2025 season with a career coaching record of 175-52 and a the Mustangs second state championship in school history.
