Several volunteer fire stations responded to a large structure fire on SR-114, near Buena Vista Rd. on Labor Day, September 1.
A shop on the property of 17560 SR-114 was fully engulfed by the time the call went out.
Volunteers responded from Hollow Rock Fire Department, Bruceton Fire Department, Wesport, Clarksburg, Vale, Buena Vista, and Huntingdon Fire Departments.
Carroll County EMA, Carroll County Rescue Squad, and Baptist EMS were also on scene.
The cause of the fire has not been determined at the time of this writing.
The shop is a total loss.
