Looking for a gentle way to improve your flexibility, balance, and overall well-being? Join UT Extension – Carroll County for Chair Yoga every Tuesday and Friday at 9:00 a.m. at the Huntingdon Church of Christ.
Since February, participants have been gathering twice a week for this relaxing, low-impact exercise that can be adapted for all ages and abilities. Chair Yoga is perfect for beginners, older adults, or anyone wanting a safe way to stay active without getting down on the floor.
The best part? Classes are completely FREE and open to everyone—no registration required!
UT Extension Family & Consumer Sciences Agent Lacy Yeleyalso welcomes opportunities to bring Chair Yoga to other locations in Carroll County. If you have a group interested or a location where a class could be held, contact her at lyeley@utk.edu or call the UT Extension Office at 731-986-1976.
Come join us and discover how Chair Yoga can help you feel stronger, more flexible, and more energized—right from the comfort of a chair!
The University of Tennessee Extension service offers its programs to all eligible persons regardless of race, color, national origin, sex, age, religion, disability or veteran status and is an Equal Opportunity employer.
