Mrs. Linda Lou Williams, 82, departed this life on Thursday, May 29, 2025 at Jackson Madison County General Hospital.
Linda was born on August26, 1942,in Justice, Illinois, to the late Homer Clark and Opal Siely Clark. She was a homemaker.
Mrs. Williams was preceded in death by her parents Homer and Opal Clark, her husband Elvis Williams, a daughter Wilma Jean Williams, a son Mark Williams, three sister, Lavon Russell, Pam Ray and Louise Hill ,a brother Bob Clark and also a daughter-in-law Suzanne Williams.
She is survived by one son Elvis Williams Il, Three grandchildren Elvis Williams Ill (Randi King), Sunni Marie Williams and Kelly Marie Obodzinski (Mike). Two great-grandchildren Michael Obodzinski and Abbygail Obodzinski. One daughter-in-law Jodi Williams. One sister Lorine Mills. Two brothers Tommy Clark and Homer Clark Jr. Many nieces, nephews and special fiends. Linda was loved by many and will be greatly missed.
Funeral services will be conducted on June 7, 2025 at 11:00 A.M., in the Bruceton Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in Pleasant Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Friday from 4:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. and on Saturday from 9:00 A.M. until time of service.
