Huntingdon’s Soccer Fillies stunned McKenzie’s Lady Rebels in their district tournament matchup Tuesday night, tying the game in the final seconds to force overtime and then sealing the victory with two more goals to win 4–2.

Madelyn Anderson and Abbi Sykes each scored twice for the Fillies, with assists coming from Savannah Vinson (two) and Anderson (one).
The game appeared all but over when McKenzie led late, but Huntingdon battled back to even the score with 44 seconds left in the game. In overtime, the Fillies maintained their momentum and controlled possession, punching their ticket to the district championship.
Huntingdon travels to Martin to face Westview in the district championship game tonight, October 9.
