CARROLL COUNTY, Tenn. — Participants in the Last Annual Vol State Road Race (LAVS) endured wet, rainy conditions most of Friday morning, July 10.
As of noon, 11 of the 136 racers have tapped out. The remaining participants are spread out from Lexington to Martin.
